Our leadership development programs are designed to meet both "content" goals as well as cultural development goals.
Our classes include four (4) components:
Researched-based content- All programs are designed to fit the organization's cultural goals and initiatives, based on industry supported research
Experiential learning- All programs offer participants an opportunity to work together in small groups and apply the learning in a hypothetical setting
Hands-on sharing - All programs offer participants an opportunity to share a "real-life" experience and seek the support and input from a small group of peers
Practicum's- All programs require participants to apply their class learning outside the classroom and discuss their findings with their immediate supervisor
All our developers have held management positions with mid to Fortune 100 companies. In addition to having the ability to link content to the organization's cultural goals, our developers have hands-on experience "applying" the techniques they deliver. Our developers are not "trainers," they are skilled facilitators that have led others and are adept at "scaling" deliverables to meet the stage of development of individuals and their organizations.
